You can communicate with your users in TalentCards by sending them push notifications on their mobile phones. You can send push notifications to any of your active users who have installed the TalentCards app and joined your portal.

To do that:

  1. Sign in to your TalentCards account as an Administrator.

  2. Go to Users (1).

  3. Select your preferred users by clicking the respective checkboxes (2).

  4. Click the more symbol (3) and, from the drop-down list, choose Push notification (4).

  5. Give your notification a Title (5), remove any recipients you might have changed your mind about (6), and add your message in the text area (7).

  6. Click Message (8) to send your notification.

Users can view all of their past push notifications in the app by opening their Inbox (9) > Messages (10).

If you have enabled automated notifications, users will be able to see those inside the app by opening their Inbox (11) > Notifications (12).
