TalentCards allows you to promote any user that you want to admin in order to have some extra help for managing the portal.

If you are not able to fulfill your request (1) it means that the user has created their own TalentCards account, using with the same email address.

An account owner cannot be an administrator to another portal, as the email address in TalentCards must be unique.

If you fall into this error, we suggest you follow one of these solutions: 

  • Update the email address of your user in your portal
  • Ask them to change the email address in their portal
  • Contact the support team and ask to delete the other TalentCards account
