Find answers to all the common questions about using TalentCards from the Help center and with assistance from our support team. 

Sign in to your TalentCards account, click on your name and, from the dropdown list, go to Help (1).

You will be directed to where you can find step-by-step instructions from our feature documentation. 

To start a conversation with our support team, move to the bottom and right side of your screen and click on the support chat icon (2). 

Note: You can also contact the support team inside TalentCards. You will find the same support chat icon on the bottom left side of the screen (3).

Find an answer yourself by searching directly for one of our articles (4). If you can't resolve your issue with our knowledge base, you can always count on our support agents.

Hit New conversation (5) to type your message and attach files (6).
