Automate emails and send target messages at chosen times when new content is published, or send reminders when there is incomplete training and users have not used the platform for a number of days.
To automate messages for your segments:
Sign in to your TalentCards account as an Administrator.
Open the top-left side menu.
Go to App Control (1).
On the left-side panel, choose Communication (2).
Choose the option you want for your messages. Click save changes for one group, or click Apply to Many (3) if you wish to apply these settings to more than one or to all groups.
Activate the email you want to send, and set whether you want it to be triggered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis (4). To customize your message click the Customize (5) button and type your message.
Hit Save Changes (6) when you are happy with your updates to complete your action.
