In addition to adding quizzes and surveys to your card sets, you can also add polls to get feedback from your users.

To add a poll to a card set follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your TalentCards account as an Administrator.

  2. Go to Card Sets (1), hover over the set you’d like to add a poll to, and click Edit Content (2).

  3. Click on the 3-dot symbol and select Add Poll (3).

  4. There are two types of polls that you can add: text questions, and like/ dislike questions. When you select the Text-Only type (4) you can type in your question and up to four possible answer choices.

  5. When you select the Like/Dislike question (5) you’ll type in your question or statement, and users will respond by hitting the thumbs up or thumbs down.

  6. Under Poll settings (6), you can specify whether users can view the results of the poll or not (7).

  7. Use the Hide/Show slider (8) to adjust whether the poll is visible to users in this card set.

  8. Edit the Poll’s name by hovering over the poll card, clicking on the pencil icon (9), and typing a new name.

How to view Poll results

To check the results of a poll:

  1. Go to Card Sets (1), hover over the set containing the poll that you’d like to see results for, and click Edit Content (2).

  2. Select Set Analytics (3), expand Polls (4), and select which poll you’d like to view results for (5).

Note: While users are able to go back and review a card set containing a poll, they will not be asked to respond to the poll again. After responding once, they will not be able to change their answers.
