How to enable/disable the gamification options

The Gamification settings are all enabled by default. To edit them, follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to your TalentCards account as an Administrator.

2. Open the top-left side menu (1) and go to Gamification (2).

   

3. On the left-side panel, you will find:

   1. Points (3)

   2. Badges (4)

   3. Challenges (5)

Leaderboards

Leaderboard settings can be found by following the steps below.

1. Sign in to your TalentCards account as an Administrator.

2. Open the top-left side menu (1) and go to App control (2).

   

3. Select Leaderboards (3).

4. You can now disable or enable either of the user Leaderboard options, All-time (4), Seasonal (5), enable the seasonal reset cycle (6) and specify the reset schedule (7), or click Reset now (8) to reset the currently accumulated points from users.

   

5. When ready, select Save changes (9) or Apply to many (10) if you want to apply these changes to many groups or teams.
