How to use Challenges

You can create Challenges to gamify your users’ learning experience. Challenges are certain tasks that must be completed in a specific timeframe. After completing them, the learner will be awarded extra points.

1. Sign in to your TalentCards account as an Administrator.

2. Expand the left side menu (1) and select Gamification (2).

3. Select Challenges (3), change to another Group or Team (4), click one of the available challenges (5), and then Create a new challenge (6).
   ​

   

4. The available options are:

   1. Completion: awards points for completing certain sets or a number of sets in specified timeframe.
      ​

      

   2. Points: awards extra points when a user earns a certain number of points in specified timeframe.
      ​

      

   3. Streak: awards points when a user logs in to the app consecutively for a specific number of days.
      ​

      

After creating your challenges, you can view statistics (7) to confirm which users hae completed each challenge and other statistics.

For users to complete challenges and receive rewards, they first need to accept them. They can do so either via a push notification or by going to Profile (8) > My Challenges > View (9).

Select Upcoming (10), then the challenge you want to participate in (11), and select Let's do it (12) to accept it.
