How to view Analytics
Your analytics dashboard in TalentCards provides you with a detailed analysis of what your learners have been up to in the TalentCards app.
To view the analytics dashboard sign in as an Administrator and click on the Analytics tab (1).
To view analytics over a specific time period you can adjust the dates to the specific period you are interested in (2).
By default, the data displayed in your analytics dashboard is representative of the Group that you are currently in. You can switch Groups to see analytics of other Groups in your TalentCards portal (3).
If you have set up Teams you can also view analytics for these specific teams (4).
The following data points are available in the analytics dashboard:
Group overview (1): an overview of learners, card sets, number of sequences, and number of teams you have created in a specific group.
Activity timeline (2): the latest user activity in the TalentCards app.
App activity (3): a detailed graph of the total number of app launches, the total time learners have spent in the app, the average time in the app per user, and the total number of learners that have joined your TalentCards portal in the given time period.
Learning funnel (4): provides data on the amount of learners that have adopted the platform by displaying how many learners have been invited to log into the TalentCards app (always at 100%), how many have accepted the invitation, how many started at least one set, and how many have completed all sets assigned to them.
Total time spent on set (5): the total time spent in each card set by the learners assigned to it.
Set completion rates: the percent of learners that have completed each card set.
Leaderboard (7): this season’s learner leaderboard.
Set activity (8): a graph of the number of card sets started, the number of card sets completed, and the total time learners have spent inside their card sets over the specified period of time.
Set total activity (9): the total number of sets started, the total number of sets completed, the total time learners have spent inside their card sets, and the average score that learners obtain when completing a card set over the specified period of time.
