Navigating the new card editor
Our new editor marks a substantial advancement in the editing interface provided by TalentCards.
Crafted with user input and usability in mind, the new editor offers a diverse range of upgraded features and tools, empowering users to create engaging and visually captivating card sets.
We have not only updated existing design tools but also introduced a suite of novel ones. Among these enhancements, users can now enjoy a selection of customizable templates, streamlined layout options for effortless arrangement, and a library of high-quality images to enrich their creations.
Additionally, intuitive editing functionalities have been integrated to facilitate smoother navigation and element manipulation, ensuring a seamless design experience for all users, regardless of their level of expertise. More details on these tools can be found here.
Organizing and arranging cards
Tools dedicated to organizing and arranging cards are located on the right side of the panel (1).
Publish: Make the current card set visible to users by clicking Publish (2).
You can make the current card set invisible to users by clicking the arrow and then selecting Unpublish (3).
Schedule the publication of this card set by clicking the arrow and then clicking Schedule (4).
QR Code (5): Use the QR code to open the specific card set on the TalentCards app. You can also download (6) or print (7) the QR code for later use.
Translate card set (8): Translate the current card set to your preferred language (9) using AI. Choose where the translated card set will appear in your portal (10). Then, select Translate (11). Be sure to review all translations before sharing the set with your Learners.
Card set options (12): Clone the card set or delete it (13).
Preview (14): After crafting a card set, you can preview how it appears from the perspective of users accessing it on their mobile phones.
Name and Description (15): In this section, you can change the name (16) of your card set and its description (17). Click Ok (18) when you’re ready.
Change the card order: Select and drag the upper left icon of each card (19) to change the card order.
Card menu: Choose the three vertical dots icon (20) for additional options to appear.
Hide cards (21): Hide the selected card. Hidden cards appear greyed out (22).
Clone card (23): Make an exact copy of this card, positioned right under the original card (24).
Copy to set (25): Copy this card and paste it to any other (already created) card set or even group. Choose the card set of your preference (26) and then click Copy (27).
Change to double-sided (28): Make the chosen card have a front and a back to edit (29).
Access additional double-sided card options by clicking the three dots icon again.
Swap A-B (30): Reverse the content from both sides of the card.
Copy A-B (31): Make a copy of the front to the back side of the card.
Copy B-A (32): Make a copy of the back to the front side of the card.
Change to single-sided (33): Delete the back side of the card and make it a card with only a front side.
Delete (34): Remove this card from the set.
Continuing to the lower right of the new editor screen, we have the following options.
Add Card (35): Add a new blank card under the selected card (36).
More Card Types (37): If you select this button, the following menu will appear.
Generate quiz with AI (38): Our AI generates a quiz at the end of the card set, based on the content of the cards created so far. It may take up to a few minutes to be completed. Be sure to review the generated quiz before distributing the set to learners.

Navigating the new card editor
Use the arrow (1) button to move to the next card. Hovering over it, another button (2) appears.
Click on the card plus (2) to access the quick action menu with the following options:
Add a new side (3): Make the selected card double-sided. This option has already been mentioned here.
Add new card (4): Create a new blank card under the one you selected. This option has already been mentioned here.
Add quiz (5): Create a quiz at the end of the card set.
Generate quiz with AI (6): Already mentioned here.
Add Poll (7): Create a poll at the end of the card set.
Add Survey (8): Create a survey at the end of the card set.
Card set options
Lastly, let’s look at the upper left side of the main editor screen.
The Card sets (1) redirects you back to the Card Sets dashboard. By expanding the Set editor (2) list, you can go to the Set analytics (3) or Set details (4) page.
