How to create an instant set using TalentCards' AI generator

TalentCards helps you create microlearning content instantly with its built-in AI card set generator. To do so:

1. Sign in to your TalentCards account as an Administrator.

2. Go to Card sets (1) > Create set (2).

3. Enter the new card set's Name (3) and write a Description (4).

4. Select Create an instant set (5), Standard set (6) will be selected, and then click Continue (7) (old or new editor has the same result).

5. By default, the title of your set is entered in the Card set topic box (8). You can adjust the topic to be more specific and improve the results that the AI generator produces. Then proceed by clicking Generate (9).

   Your generated card set will contain 20 cards, and the process of generating your texts takes about 30 seconds.
   ​

6. Once the process is complete you will be navigated to the following screen where you can edit the text on your cards (10), rearrange cards (11), delete them (12), or add more cards (13) if needed. Once you’ve finished reviewing the content click Continue (14).

7. In the next step, you have the option to add an AI-generated quiz to your card set. TalentCards will create multiple-choice questions based on the text that is included in your card set and you can review them in the following screen after clicking Generate Quiz (15).

   ​Note: Be sure to review all AI-generated questions and answers for accuracy before sharing them with your learners!

   If you don’t want to add a quiz to your card set at this stage, click No thanks, and Continue.

8. You can now have the AI generator create corresponding card backgrounds for each card based on its text. Select AI generated (16) and then click Generate set images (17). The process of generating your card backgrounds usually takes 3-5 minutes, and you will receive a notification when your set is ready for you to review.

Note that all images are created by a machine and have not been previously reviewed by a human. Make sure to review all generated content and use discretion before distributing to your learners. To complete the new Card set make sure to review the card set assignment rules here.
